The idea that 'anything worth saying cannot be expressed with words'
relates to my work. That through painting I am attempting to say something
I can't find the words for, or reach something that I can't touch.

Currently I'm interested in patterns and mandalas and the part they play in
our lives along with their primal connections.

That said, often, once the painting is begun, all thoughts are
put aside and I am absorbed in the physical and intuitive responses
and formal issues of the painting itself.

My practice has taught me that the process of making paintings leads to an
emotionally, intellectually and spiritually rewarding life.

I work with acrylics, household paints, paper, collage, canvas, and found objects.
